Returns

Items may be returned within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• In new, unused condition
• Returned with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice

Return Process

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or an incorrect product was shipped by BB Alpaca.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BB Alpaca cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal value, subject to product availability.

For exchanges requested due to customer preference, including color, style, or size, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. BB ALPACA will cover the shipping cost of one replacement item within the United States. Additional exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

If the exchange is necessary because the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or an incorrect item was shipped by BB Alpaca, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products marked as Final Sale
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
